Designed to strengthen the cardiovascular system, firm up,
tone muscles, boost balance, flexibility, and endurance.
It’s a full body workout.
We use dumbbells, resistance bands, balance boards, universal
machines, treadmills, bikes and exercise balls.
Exercises can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels
The classes will be held at Peak Performance Health Centre. 614 Coronation Blvd, Cambridge, ON N1R 7E3.
Two doors away from the Cambridge Hospital at the Cambridge Delta Medical Centre. Parking is at the west side
or at the back. Entrance to Peak Performance is at the back along the Grand River.
Mid-winter classes start Monday February 27th until and including Monday April 10th, 2017.
Every Monday 6:30-7:30pm & Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm.
12 Classes in total, Price $120.00. Drop in is available.
Special Needs Exercise Classes:
Special Needs Exercise Classes are for people that have
cognitive health issues.
Classes start Thursday January 12, 2017 until March 16th, 2017.
10 Classes every Thursday from 6:30-7:20pm. They are held at
Peak Performance Health Centre, 614 Coronation Blvd, Cambridge,
Ontario, N1R 7E3. Please park at the back.
Price is $50.00 for 10 classes.
I will be doing another set of Special Needs Classes starting March 23rd until June 1st, 2017. Every Thursday from
6:30pm-7:20pm. No Class May 18th, 2017. Once again they will be held at Peak Performance Health Centre.
Classes are to improve coordination, build strength, improve flexibility and balance. Classes will consist of some cardio, an exercise ball, light weights (2-3lb) and working with balance boards.
Please bring to class an exercise ball, light weights, yoga mat and water. If you don’t have any of these things, they can be provided.
The size of exercise ball should be 65cm for 5”1- 5”6ft tall. 75cm for over 5”6ft tall. Best place to buy an exercise ball is from Winners, Home Sense, Canadian Tire and Fitness Depot.
No outside shoes please to any class.
