Exercise Classes

Total Body Conditioning 

Designed to strengthen the cardiovascular system, firm up,

tone muscles, boost balance, flexibility, and endurance.

It’s a full body workout and stretch. 


We use dumbbells, resistance bands, balance boards, universal

machines, treadmills, bikes and exercise balls.


Exercises can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels

​and health issues. 


Spring Exercise Classes start Wednesday April 25th until and including Wednesday June 27th, 2018. 

Every Wednesday from 6:30-7:30pm. 10 Classes in total and cost is $80.00. Drop in is available. 


​Classes are held at Peak Performance Health Centre. 614 Coronation Blvd, Cambridge, ON N1R 7E3.

Two doors away from the Cambridge Hospital at the Cambridge Delta Medical Centre. Parking is at the west side

or at the back. Entrance to Peak Performance is at the back along the Grand River.

​​Special Needs Exercise Classes:           

Special Needs Exercise Classes are for people that have 

cognitive health issues. Class is limited. 


Classes start Tuesday March  20th until May 22th, 2018. 

Every Tuesday from 6:30-7:20pm.  

​Extended classes will start Tuesday May 29th until June 19th.


​Fall classes will start Tuesday September 11, 2018. Please contact

me if you are interested and space is limited.

Classes are to improve coordination, build strength, improve flexibility and balance. Classes will consist of some cardio, an exercise ball, light weights (2-3lb) and working with balance boards.

Please bring to class an exercise ball, light weights, yoga mat and water. If you don’t have any of these things, they can be provided. Please let me know if you any of the items. 

The size of exercise ball should be 65cm for 5”1- 5”6ft tall. 75cm for over 5”6ft tall. Best place to buy an exercise ball is from Winners, Home Sense, Canadian Tire and Fitness Depot.

No outside shoes please to any class.
