Designed to strengthen the cardiovascular system, firm up,
tone muscles, boost/increase balance, flexibility, and endurance.
It’s a full body workout and stretch.
We use dumbbells, resistance bands, balance boards, universal
machines, treadmills, bikes and exercise balls.
Exercises can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels
and health issues.
Monday evening Exercise classes are postponed until June. There will be 10 Classes in total.
Every Monday from 6:30-7:30pm, and drop in is Available. Please contact me for more info.
Classes are held at Peak Performance Health Centre. 614 Coronation Blvd, Cambridge, ON N1R 7E3.
Two doors away from the Cambridge Hospital at the Cambridge Delta Medical Centre. Parking is at the west side
or at the back. Entrance to Peak Performance is at the back along the Grand River.
Special Needs Exercise Classes:
Special Needs Exercise Classes are for people that have
cognitive health issues. Class is limited.
Spring classes start Tuesday April 30th, 2019 and run until Tuesday
June 18th, 2019. Every Tuesday from 6:30-7:20pm.
8 Classes in total.

Classes are to improve coordination, build strength, improve flexibility and balance. Classes will consist of some cardio, an exercise ball, light weights (2-3lb) and working with balance boards.
Please bring to class an exercise ball, light weights, yoga mat and water. If you don’t have any of these things, they can be provided. Please let me know if you any of the items.
The size of exercise ball should be 65cm for 5”1- 5”6ft tall. 75cm for over 5”6ft tall. Best place to buy an exercise ball is from Winners, Home Sense, Canadian Tire and Fitness Depot.
No outside shoes please to any class.
